WBCT Exciting News

We are so excited to let you know that WBCT will be holding shows again at the Winder Cultural Arts Center this year. A full Main Stage Season is being planned so be ready to buy your Season Tickets starting in July. The Season will be four shows starting with the first one in August. The remaining shows would be in October of 2024, February of 2025 and May of 2025. This is a different time frame from previous years.
As for right now, tickets are available for the Children's PLAYhouse production of "The Wizard of Oz" at the theater. Show dates are Thursday, July 11th at 7:30 pm, Friday, July 12th at 7:30 pm, and two shows on Saturday, July 13th at 2:00 pm and 7:30 pm. Tickets are $10 for children ages 12 and younger. Ages 13 and up are $15.00. There are two ways to purchase tickets. You can buy them online at our website at www.winderbarrowtheatre.org by clicking on the red ticket on the right side of the home page. Click for "online" sales so that you can access our ticket site. If you don't see all of the show dates listed, just click on the down arrow at the end of the line for "Wizard of Oz". Choose the date you want to attend, load your cart, and complete your purchase. All tickets will be at Will Call on the day of the show. You can also purchase tickets by mail by sending your ticket order with name, address, phone, and email, number of tickets and the date along with your check to WBCT, P O Box 1720, Winder, GA 30680. Because of the mailing problems, you need to order early to be sure we get your order.
We also have two weeks of Drama Camp this summer at the theater. The first week is June 17 - 21 with the second week in July. There are still spaces available at the July camp if you have a child who would like to attend. Tuition payments and forms can be found on the website with instructions in the news article on the home page. If you would like to help sponsor a child at camp ($60 per child for the week) or help provide the daily snacks, that would be greatly appreciated. Any donations can be mailed to the address above with a note specifying what you would like the money to be used for. It will also be a tax deductible donation to WBCT.
