WBCT Donates Money to Barrow County Animal Control

Winder-Barrow Community Theatre recently presented "Harvey" by Mary Chase to enthusiastic crowds at the Colleen O. Williams Theater inside the Winder Cultural Arts Center. A portion of each ticket cost is donated to a local nonprofit group, and Barrow County Animal Control was the chosen group for this show. A check was presented to Jimmy Terrell from the Animal Control Shelter, and this money can be used for anything that is needed at the shelter such as food, bedding, and medicine.
The next show in the 2010 Season will be "On Golden Pond" by Ernest Thompson. It will be presented on two weekends from May 14th to May 23rd.
